The Rotary Club of Portsmouth Dominica is committed to make a significant contribution to the improvement of the wider community of Portsmouth and Northern Dominica.  They work to improve living conditions and services for local communities, such as renovating the local hospital’s Emergency Room facility, and assist with community humanitarian projects such as providing housing for those in need.
